1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a license, installing, or using the FB Auto Group Poster Chrome extension or any related service from ResellerPanels.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. No Affiliation with Meta / Facebook
ResellerPanels.com and FB Auto Group Poster are independent products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or in any way officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any of their subsidiaries. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.
3. License Grant
Subject to your payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension on the number of devices permitted by your license tier, for the duration of your subscription term.
4. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key (except via an authorized Reseller plan).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the extension.
- Use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, fraudulent, spam, scam, adult, or otherwise harmful content.
- Use the Service to impersonate any person, group, or business.
- Use the Service in any way that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
Violation of these rules results in immediate license termination without refund.
5. Risk & Disclaimer of Liability
- Automated posting to Facebook groups may violate Facebook's Terms of Service.
- ResellerPanels.com is NOT responsible for any account blocking, suspension, deactivation, ban, shadow-ban, posting limits, rate-limiting, content removal, page/group restrictions, loss of followers, loss of revenue, or any other action taken by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any third party against you, your account, your page, or your group.
- You alone bear the entire risk of using this software.
- Facebook frequently changes its interface; the extension may stop working temporarily or permanently with no obligation on our part to issue a refund.
6. No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL CONTINUE TO FUNCTION IF THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING META/FACEBOOK) CHANGE THEIR PLATFORMS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESELLERPANELS.COM, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, ACCOUNTS, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Pricing & Payments
- Single License: US$49 per year — 1 device, full features.
- Reseller License: US$299 per year — reseller dashboard with quota.
All prices are in US Dollars and exclude any local taxes that may apply. We may change prices for future renewals with prior notice.
9. Refund Policy
Because the Service is digital and the license can be activated immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, account bans, Facebook policy changes, or failure to read these Terms before purchase. If the Service has a verifiable critical bug we cannot fix within a reasonable time, contact care@resellerpanels.com — refunds in such cases are at our sole discretion.
10. Reseller Program
Resellers receive a private dashboard, a license quota, and an expiry date. Resellers are responsible for their own customers, support, billing, and tax compliance. Resellers may NOT misrepresent the product, claim affiliation with Meta/Facebook, or modify these Terms when reselling.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, attempt to defraud us, share your key, or use the Service for prohibited content. You may stop using the Service at any time; doing so does not entitle you to a refund.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResellerPanels.com from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights (including Facebook's Terms of Service).
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResellerPanels.com is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
